There are online grief support community forums such as Grieving.com, which provide access to a therapist for a variety of experiences of loss.  While the initial consultation is free, there is a fee for ongoing services, but this can be a way to connect with a therapist in a way that can best meet your busy schedule and also meet others with similar experiences.  There is help out there.
